The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for working with Tana Netting's young and energetic marketing team toprovide excellent before and after sales service to clients worldwide, by developing sales quotations and pro forma invoices to ensure that customer orders are processed in a timely and correct fashion and providing general administrative support and interacting with the factory.
The Marketing Assistant will develop forward-looking strategies for sales of mosquito nets and personal protection products for a variety of markets worldwide. Job duties include general administrative and sales support, market research, developing marketing materials, and assisting with implementation of campaigns. Experience with graphic design programs and copy editing a plus.
