Operations Manager |
Phatpon Phakdeesattayapong joined Tana Netting in 2007, serving as its operations manager. Phatpon manages Tana Netting’s state-of-the-art production facility in Amata Nakorn, where he oversees all aspects of the company’s production operations, including a team of around 150 staff. Phatpon has more than 18 years’ experience in production and planning, having worked four years at a producer of polyester fibers and 14 years in cosmetic manufacturing. Prior to joining Tana Netting, Phatpon led the Production, Planning and Engineering team at Wella Thailand, spearheading a site expansion that took the company from local market to regional market production. Phatpon is married with two children, holds a degree in chemistry from Chulalongkorn University and is fluent in Thai and English.

Administration Manager |
Anusra Kaewanu joined Tana Netting in 2006 and is responsible for the administration of Tana Netting’s production facility, including purchasing, human resources, logistics and cost control. Anusra holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in Innovation in Management. She speaks Thai and English.

Quality Assurance & Technical Manager |
Dr. Kasem Sookkongwaree joined Tana Netting as quality assurance and technical manager in 2005. He is responsible for assuring that every product leaving Tana Netting’s production facility meets stringent quality standards and for providing technical advice on research & development projects. Dr. Kasem holds a BSc in chemistry, and MSc and Ph.D. qualifications in organic chemistry from Chulalongkorn University. Dr. Kasem’s post-graduate research focused on natural product compounds and their bioactivity, especially on viral proteases, cAMP Phosphodiesterase and alpha-glucosidase inhibitory activity. He has four publications in scientific journals from his works. During his studies, Dr. Kasem was awarded the Royal Jubilee Scholarship and the Swedish Foundation Scholarship (STINT) and served as a research assistant at Uppsala University’s Biomedical Center, Sweden. In addition, Dr. Kasem was a teaching assistant and special lecturer at Chulalongkorn University and Mahanakorn University of Technology, respectively. During his tenure at Tana Netting, Dr. Kasem has completed various quality control and HACCP courses. A national of Thailand, Dr. Kasem is fluent in Thai and English. |

Engineering & Safety Manager |
Tawat Srimek joined Tana Netting in 2008 as Engineering & Safety Manager where he manages and maintains the facility and safety systems to support production. He holds a degree in Industrial Technology (Production) from Rajabhat Institute Rajanagarinde in Chachoengsao. |
